The FOODSAFE Program: Meeting the Challenges of our Changing Food Safety “World”

Food safety risks and the causes of foodborne illness have evolved and shifted during the past several years.  A brief history of the FOODSAFE training program is presented in this context and how the program has evolved to meet the challenges of our continually evolving food safety “world”.
