Dr. Angela Eykelbosh

Position: Environmental Health and Knowledge Translation Specialist, National Collaborating Centre for Environmental Health (NCCEH) and BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC)

Biography: Dr. Eykelbosh is an Environmental Health and Knowledge Translation Specialist, working at the National Collaborating Centre for Environmental Health and the BC Centre for Disease Control. She holds a PhD in Resource Management and Environmental Studies, as well as previous degrees in physiology and toxicology. Dr. Eykelbosh is also an alumna of the Bridge program at UBC, an interdisciplinary research training program that unites public health, engineering, and policy. Her knowledge translation work covers many topic areas, but generally seeks to help knowledge users find and contextualize scientific evidence relevant to environmental public health issues.
