Elizabeth Driscoll

Position: PhD Candidate, Department of Politics and Public Administration, Ryerson University

Biography: Beth Driscoll, MA, CPHI(C), CHA, PMP is a food safety professional with Driscoll Food Safety Inc. She holds degrees in nutrition, public health and adult education, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Ryerson University in the Department of Politics and Public Administration researching how food safety is regulated internationally through the Global Food Safety Initiative, a private food safety regulatory system. She earned her CPHI(C) 2003, and is also a Certified HACCP Auditor with the American Society for Quality and Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute. She does training, auditing, and consulting in food safety, and has worked with all sectors of the food industry, from field to table, helping organizations to produce safe food.
